Last week, Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) hosted an exciting “Shark Tank”-style entrepreneurship event as part of its afterschool programming.

Last month, young people participating in PYN's Work-Based Learning Programs gathered at Drexel University’s Dornsife Center for PYN’s December Career Panel Day, an afternoon centered on honest conversations, real-world advice, and meaningful career exposure. Professionals representing more than a dozen industries joined us to share their career journeys, lessons learned, and insights into what it really takes to navigate college, training, and the early workforce. This holiday season, we’re excited to share a special greeting created in partnership with the talented students in our Out-of-School Time (OST) programs. Working alongside PYN staff, students brought their creativity, voices, and holiday spirit to life through this year’s holiday card sharing a reflection of the joy, imagination, and community at the heart of our programs.
