The Professional Pathways Program provides individualized career coaching and hands-on support to help young adults successfully enter and advance in the workforce. Through job application guidance, professional skills development, targeted upskilling, and connections to employer networks, participants gain the tools, confidence, and relationships needed to secure meaningful employment and build long-term career pathways.
