PYN seeks to add 100 Youth Employer Partners committed to fostering Philadelphia's future workforce. Become a youth worksite today!

Introducing "Project 100" a new initiative aimed at generating youth workforce development opportunities across the city!

The Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) is currently seeking to engage 100 local businesses that are interested in hosting youth workers for hands-on jobsite experiences. Be a part of a citywide effort to address the skills gap by convening partners, employers, and youth to build a coordinated approach that prepares young people for future employment!

  • Traditionally a summer program, PYN’s WorkReady program is expanding to offer year-round career development experiences and direct jobsite placements for Philadelphia Youth!

  • PYN's year-round WorkReady program offers young people the opportunity to earn $1,000+ for participating in 120 hour experiences in hybrid work / learning experiences in partnership with local area worksites + businesses!

  • We will work with you to provide young people aged 14-24 immersive jobsite experiences complete with pre-employment training, professional development and comprehensive career coaching.

  • Help us reach our goal of signing up 100 worksites by April 30th.

  • To learn more about becoming a worksite partner, complete an interest form and someone from our team will reach out to you with more details and next steps
