Accenture - Learning to Lead Internship

The Accenture Learning to Lead Internship Program is a dynamic, paid learning experience designed to equip early-career professionals with critical leadership, business, and technology skills. Over the course of six weeks, participants will engage in immersive, hands-on experiences, gaining expertise in public speaking, networking, consulting, and digital proficiency through interactive workshops, mentorship, and real-world job expereince.


Participants will join cohorts across 15+ cities including Philadelphia as they engage in hands-on business, technology, and consulting projects and get a front row seat to cutting edge projects in technology, AI, business development and more.

Interactive Activities Tour Accenture offices including Innovation Hubs / Design Studios and participate in exciting activities including client site visits, local excursions, and team building. 


This program provides practical upskilling in Microsoft Suite 365, GenAI, and personal branding, ensuring participants build a strong professional foundation for future success. Interns will also participate in a signature Consulting Challenge, where they will develop and present strategic solutions to real-world business problems, competing alongside peers. By the end of the program, participants will have gained valuable professional experience, expanded their networks, and strengthened their confidence as future leaders.


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Engage in hands-on business, technology, and consulting projects.

  • Participate in leadership development workshops focused on public speaking, networking, and professional communication.

  • Build proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Learn personal branding strategies, including LinkedIn optimization and resume-building.

  • Develop and present innovative solutions to business challenges.

  • Work collaboratively with peers and network with industry professionals.

  • Gain exposure to real-world work environments and professional settings.

  • Attend workshops and professional developemnt sessions led by guest speakers.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and active participation throughout the program.
