Accenture - Learning to Lead Internship

Accenture's Learning to Lead (L2L) program is a national in-person learning experience designed to provide historically untapped youth with opportunities to help close the digital divide and inspire future professional careers. 


This year, we will offer L2L as a 5 or 6-week program (June 24th – August 1st), operating Monday - Thursday, participants will join cohorts across 15+ cities including Philadelphia. Interactive Activities Tour Accenture offices including Innovation Hubs / Design Studios and participate in exciting activities including client site visits, local excursions, and team building. 


Responsibilities Include: 


  • Attend workshops and sessions with guest speakers. 

  • Participate in excursions to client sites and innovation centers. 

  • Work on group projects to solve societal challenges. 

  • Deliver individual assignments related to core curriculum concepts. 

  • Engage with mentors and leaders from Accenture. 

  • Contribute ideas and insights during discussions and activities. 

  • Demonstrate professionalism and active participation throughout the program.
