The Consortium - Summer Youth Internship

As a Summer Youth Intern at our therapeutic camp, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children who have behavioral and emotional challenges. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, you will assist in providing support and guidance to campers, helping them develop essential life skills and coping mechanisms. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Assisting in the implementation of therapeutic activities. 

• Providing support to campers during daily routines and activities. 

• Participating in group sessions and counseling activities. 

• Observing and documenting camper progress and behaviors. 

• Collaborating with camp staff on program planning and evaluation. 

• Promoting a positive and inclusive camp environment. 

• Engaging in professional development and training opportunities.
