The Bank of America Financial Center Internship Program (FCIP) is a paid, in-person internship designed to provide young professionals with hands-on experience in the financial sector. Interns will work as Digital Ambassadors, assisting customers with high-tech and high-touch banking solutions while gaining a strong foundation in client care, financial services, and financial literacy. This program is a key initiative in Bank of America's commitment to youth employment, economic mobility, and workforce diversity.

Interns will receive comprehensive onboarding and training from Academy Managers and daily mentorship from Financial Center Managers to build professional and customer service skills. With competitive pay of $24/hour, this seven-week, 30-hour-per-week internship provides valuable exposure to real-world financial center operations. Participants will also engage in professional development workshops and learn about future career opportunities in banking.
