Philadelphia Youth Network - Learning + Evaluation Team

Join the Philadelphia Youth Network's Learning and Evaluation team as a summer intern where you'll play a pivotal role in using data to advance the quality of PYN's Youth development programs. 

In addition to basic office and administration expereince, PYN's Learning and Evlaution interns will be asked to identify a personal project focused on the youth experience and data gathering, helping us better understand and improve our programs and initiatives. Interns can also expect to expand their skills in public speaking writing and creativitiy and valuable experience in youth development and leanring and evaluation while making a meaningful impact on community initiatives.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Basic adminstrative and office support functions. 

• Assist in data collection and analysis for evaluation purposes. 

• Participate in professional development opportunities. 

• Collaborate with other departments within PYN. 

• Contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement. 

• Help implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
