Philly BOLT - Youth Leaders Fellowship

The Philly BOLT Youth Leaders Fellowship is a transformative program designed to equip Philadelphia public school students with essential skills in community organizing, design thinking, and strategic management. Participants will engage in impactful projects aimed at addressing challenges within their neighborhoods. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Collaborate with tech-focused community organizations. 

• Identify and address challenges in the community.

• Engage in community organizing activities. 

• Implement design thinking strategies. 

• Develop and manage projects aimed at meaningful change. 

• Participate in strategic management initiatives. 

• Work with mentors to refine leadership skills. 

• Engage in community outreach and education efforts. 

• Contribute to the overall mission of promoting positive change in Philadelphia.
