MET's WorkReady program offers in-depth career preparation, job placement, and mentoring for disadvantaged youth in West Philadelphia. Partnering with various stakeholders, MET provides experiential learning opportunities in STEM, healthcare, and administrative fields, ensuring students gain essential skills and connections for future success. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Participating in career preparation workshops and training sessions. 

• Job shadowing professionals in STEM, healthcare, and administrative roles. 

• Assisting with administrative tasks and project coordination.

• Learning industry-specific skills and best practices. 

• Networking with professionals and building professional relationships. 

• Gaining hands-on experience through internships or work placements. 

• Receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
