*Youth Empowerment Services (YES) is a 501(c)3 Corporation with the mission of redirecting youth toward responsibility and success. The film clips you will view were produced by Philadelphia youth in YES's Digital Media Training program (DMT) which is supported by the Workforce Investment Board Youth Council through the Workforce Investement Act. DMT is a unique program that builds upon students' existing interests in digital media arts to activate their natural desire to learn, and helps them transition to the workforce. The program provides project-based instruction in media and literacy skills, and students learn to draft, revise and finalize their first film scripts.
