Schools
In order to provide all youth in the city with the opportunities,
experiences and academic preparation needed for post-secondary
success, the Philadelphia Youth Network connects schools with other resources and
partners including employers, post-secondary institutions,
city government, youth-serving agencies,
community-based organizations and others. PYN and its partners believe these alliances
will build a more highly skilled workforce and enable Philadelphia to attract employers
with high wage/high skill jobs to the region, a critical part of regional workforce and
economic development strategies.
