Internships (School-Year)

Type: Program model: WorkReady School-Year Program for In-School youth*

Description:
WorkReady Internships provide Philadelphia high school students with paid workplace experiences at area businesses during the school year. There are three cycles: Fall (12-weeks); Spring (12 weeks) and School-Year (24 weeks).

Youth Eligibility

  • 11th or 12th graders who successfully complete pre-employment and workplace expectation seminars
  • Recommended by a coordinator at one of the participating schools listed below.

  • Thomas Fitzsimons High School
