Request for Qualifications (PDF) - The
Philadelphia Youth Network, in partnership with
the School District of Philadelphia is issuing
the current Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for
the implementation of a Learning to Work (LTW)
program. Learning to Work is a college and
career exploration program aimed at increasing
the education and employment prospect of
participating youth. Learning to Work partners
youth-serving community based organizations with
diploma-granting entities, specifically
Overbrook and Fairhill Community High Schools,
that enroll struggling students and former out

Centers held a graduation ceremony at Freedom

National Youth Leadership Council.
NYLC's Growing to Greatness: The State
of Service Learning Project is "the
first comprehensive national study of
the state of service-learning in
kindergarten through 12th grade." The
report was released on Friday, March 18,
at the National Service Learning
Conference in Long Beach, Calif.
