Business Partnerships Specialist - The Business Partnership Specialist (BPS) will work in conjunction with the other team members to recruit employers and business partners and organize and manage their involvement in the Philadelphia Youth Network through the WorkReady Philadelphia initiative. Director of IT Operations and Administration - This is an advanced, technical services work of a supervisory nature in overseeing the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of large and complex networked microcomputer, telecommunications, and automation systems for a the Philadelphia Youth Network. Responsibilities include planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining large and complex Local Area Networks (LAN’s) and a broad range of telecommunications and office automation systems by planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of a small staff (< 5) of information systems technical support personnel. Work is performed under limited supervision. Grants Director - The Grants Director position requires excellent communications and organizational skills, and a track record of successful grant writing and management. The Director is responsible for all efforts to maintain current grants, increase grants revenue and diversify PYN’s unrestricted and program-specific funding sources. Student Success Center Coordinator - Student Success Center (SSC) Coordinator is responsible for organizing the delivery of student support services provided by Student Success Center partners in an area high school. WorkReady Employment Specialist - The WorkReady Employment Specialist will be part of a seasonal team designed to provide employment support for all youth interested in WorkReady Philadelphia programs. |
