Stacy E. Holland, Co-Founder, President, and CEO - Bio View | Close
With nearly 20 years experience, Stacy E. Holland is a tireless advocate who has played a vital role in ensuring that youth in the Philadelphia region have access to the academic, career and support services necessary to build bright futures and prepare them to be leaders in the workforce. Currently, serving as President & CEO of the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN), a non-profit she co-founded in 1999, Ms. Holland has overseen the growth of the organization since its inception. Starting as a small non-profit organization, PYN has grown into an independent, citywide entity dedicated to integrating services and building systems that promote positive post-secondary and economic outcomes for young people.
Prior to her work with PYN, Ms. Holland served as Chief of Staff at the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation, during which she led their company-wide reorganization. She has also held positions at Delaware Valley College, La Salle University and Marymount Manhattan College, where she designed pre-college and minority retention programs.
Engaged both locally and nationally, Ms. Holland serves on the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation Board and is Co-Chair of The Intermediary Network (INet). In addition, she also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Sankofa Freedom Academy Charter School and is on the Board of Trustees for the Community College of Philadelphia. In recognition of her leadership, she was awarded a Philadelphia Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award in 2005. Ms. Holland holds an undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey in Marketing and a graduate degree in Student Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
