The Vice President, Program Services provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization and supports PYN's efforts to implement high quality programs. The Vice President, Program Services embodies the core values of PYN and ensures that all aspects of programming are executes successfully; including, the designs, developement, procurement, implemention, support, and evaluation of programmatic interventions.
Reporting the Vice President of Finance, the Controller will be responsible for oversight of all accounting and reporting activities. The Controller will lead all day-to-day accounting operations and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members including functional responsibilty over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. The Controller will ensure that the Organization has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation.
The Summer Programs Associate (SPA) is responsible for managing several complex logistical processes related to the roll-out and execution of the WorkReady Summer employment programs. These processes include sophisticated project management and delegation; and may include the management of sesasonal employees.
The Associate, Communications & Marketing, works to execute PYN's communications and outreach strategies across all media and position the organization locally, regionally, and nationally. Reporting to the Director, Communications & Marketing, this role is responsible for enhancing both internal and external communication initiatives; introducing new technologies to increase efficiency of communication; and serving as a self-motivated and fully-integrated member of the Communications team. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and will serve as an embodiment of PYN's core values.
