The Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) works with hundreds of strategic partners and non-profit organizations to create education and employment opportunities for youth and young adults. Our programs focus on providing paid "Career Connected Learning" experiences designed to expose young people to future careers and help them gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in today's job market. Our Impact
Since 1999, PYN has served over 250,000 youth in Philadelphia. In addition to fighting poverty through direct paid work opportunities, PYN's programs have helped a generation of young people gain valuable work experience, develop essential job skills, and build the confidence they need to succeed.
